44 Puppies Need Food and Medicine

Lake Haven Rescue has taken in 44 puppies that were set to be  euthanized at a Georgia animal shelter. There are a lot of tests and vaccinations that need to be performed so we are reaching out to ask for some financial assistance. There are a few puppies that will need some extra medical attention.

If you would like to help you can:

  1. Complete our online application to adopt a puppy.

  2. Make a donation using the "Chip In' button below.

  3. Check out our How You Can Help page for more ideas.
Please refrain from phoning us at this time as we are 100% volunteer staffed and we are consumed with rescue and placement and doing everything we can to manage the workload. We apologize for any inconvenience but, for now, we can only respond to emergency phone messages. Our website contains all the details regarding our adoption and volunteer processes.

A very special thanks to "Lisa" a very special Lake Haven Volunteer for the following video.

A Word of Thanks

As the director of Lake Haven I would like to thank all who gave of themselves and their time to save the lives of the puppies from Georgia. Beyond who was here directly there are many unseen heroes, the gal who has done the laundry at PetSmart for years with no special thanks , the transport people, the website administrator, our petfinder organizer, all the shelter cleaners, the fosters and so many more, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me make this happen.
